Your paintings are absolutely stunning. Thank you so much for posting these videos I love the way you blend the colours and hope to achieve your standard in my work some day. I am new to painting with oils and I hope you don't mind but I have a question. Do you use any painting medium in your paintings apart from liquin in the later stages? I find mediums v confusing, especially as I have traditional oils and water mixable oils too. Many thanks.

I mainly use Liquin as my medium , I find it not only assists the flow of the paint it speeds up the drying process too,,,its great stuff.

I tried the water based oils a few years ago ,,,but came back to traditional oils , I found the water based ones a little sticky.

@malishmalishin It is far easier to make up the picture than to copy something,,thats the way I work anyway.
