  • Video quality is totally unacceptable! I have watched that for 1 minute and had to move on because I could not figure out what the hell was going on on your screen. Re-do the tutorial with a clean video and people will appreciate it more.

  • It simply doesn't work. You have to play one note a head of yourself which is almost impossible. The sound itself is ok and I guess the author just used a midi file. Try playing it yourself and you'll see what I mean.

  • You forgot the dynamic lowpass filter

  • nice tut man.. but the vid quality is really bad.. cant see much.. but i managed

  • It's an interesting attempt, and a nice sound. Couple of suggestions: if you listen closely to the original, its actually much richer in high frequencies than you might think, and has very little low end. It sounds like you're also playing an octave too low. The tonal sweep of the LFO through the VCF is much brighter on the original. The sound is also drier, with less reverb. Space is added by panning the organ hard right, but the reverb return is center or slightly left of center.

  • Shouldnt your you tube user name be.....Synthprogramtut

  • Thank you very much for this tutorial,,, Really helped me out,,, I wanted to create and experiment with synth sounds off the Who's Next album and your tutorial was very straight forward and easy to follow,,,, Thanks again, Im hoping to see more vids from you soon...

  • how did you link up reason with live? I'm having issues...

  • @JDesrosiers1 um. no. he's their touring keyboardist, even on tour they play backing tracks, bundrick doesn't play the long synth lines. townshend definitely wrote and crafted all these lines. watch any documentary on the who. do YOUR research.

  • Robert "Rabbit" Bundrick is the Who's keyboardist/sync guy, and created all these masterpieces, not Pete Townsend. Do the research.
