I've noticed a lot of mistakes (principal on the piano), instruments off the key, too many flutes. Awfull!

I hope this was a high school recital. I would classify this as a pretty good intermediate level performance (my high school band was definitely worse), but if this is a professional group I hope you all are ashamed of yourselves.

Too many avoidable mistakes on the piano, especially with the slow/moderate tempo. Oboe needs to work on tone and getting the note out; blow more air! Clarinet's tone is too forceful; control your breath more bc you have potential to have a very nice tone. EVERYONE, please work on your solos/highlight/entry moments! And spend A LOT more time TUNING. It's no good if half the group sounds sharp and the other, flat. Respect the song by practicing and rehearsing more before an actual performance.

Guys, come on... Get your butt in gear and PRACTICE. That was TERRIBLE. You even made the ones right on key sound bad! If one person is off it makes EVERYONE sound bad! Perfect your timing! If someone sounds bad call them out and get them on track! Other than that it was great (lol) Finalize the song and make another video. We'll see how you do. :)
