"The Castaways" Police Tribute Band - Synchronicity I

Hi! We are "The Castaways", a Police tribute band from Italy, and I as the drummer I'm very proud to present these videos on YouTube!
This is the result of months of deep studies of Stewart Copeland's style of drumming, my setup is as close as possible as his because only that way you can replicate precisely all the cymbal texturing and all the licks and patterns that he plays!
The singer also has the same bass setup, and an amazing voice! His vocal extension and tone are very similar to Sting's, as you can hear!

The group is:
Pablo De Biasi: Drums and backing vocals
Carlo Urizio: voice and bass
Cristiano Pittini: guitar and backing vocals
Katy Maurel: backing vocals and dancing :)

brilliant, i come from bournemouth and met andy summers here, i have been a masssive fan for over 30 years, seen the police 5 times recently and in early 80's, so i think i can judge this group which are brilliant, imho a group called invisible sun are the best police tribute, check them out

This is one of the few Police cover bands that really captures the raw energy of the Police's live shows in their heyday. Nice work boys.
