This is quite long and detailed but may be worth sticking out to see how different movement qualities and shapes can be brought out of a simple core movement from the so-called "internal" Kung Fu styles - Xingyi, Bagua & Taiji (Hsing I, Pa Kua & Tai Chi). The movement is generally known as "rise, drill fall and overturn" in the first 2 styles and is seen as a "rollback and squeeze forwards (or warding off)" movement in Taiji, where it forms the opening of the sequence called "Grasp Bird's Tail" or "Lazily Rolling Off The Coat". OK - it isn't riveting viewing, but I hope it is informative in its way.

Precisely why it pays to always be prepared. I never go anywhere without my anti-disenfibrilation qi-tronic sub-atomic batch converter.
You will be assimilated.

Well, at least you have a sense of humour.
No, but I will only get one if you can guarantee me if all your tricks in your converter bag will work in reality, which in my view is always unpredictable.

I´m a fan of yours ever since I´ve watched one of your videos for the first time, but now after reading your homepage and some articles on it, I´m not even sure if there are more than 10 people on the earth, who are as proficient in Taijiquan as you are.Simply great work!!!
