I only wish there were DVDs like this when my children were younger. This is a great gift idea for young children. Joanna is teaching the children to love themselves and to respect their bodies! She clearly loves being with them. I now exercise with my yoga by the dozen t-shirt ...

I have a 7 month old baby boy, and I only hope Joanna is still teaching yoga when he is old enough to take her class. Relaxed mind, strong body, peaceful spirit. Can't think of a better gift we can give our children.

I can't wait till my kids are old enough (they're only 14 months)to do this video and take class with JoAnna- She is the best!

Such a great video!!! My friend's 5 year old son loves to do his yoga with this dvd and the instruction is great. JoAnna is great!!! ;)

My kids now do yoga for fun on their own after taking it in preschool...this video seems to capture how amazing the gift of independent skill and confidence is for young people and how compatible it is with all the fun. Thanks Yoga By The Dozen!

My son LOVES JoAnna! For three years, he had yoga with her in his preschool, and, now that he's in kindergarten, he loves doing yoga with the DVD at home. JoAnna is amazing with the little ones -- very inspirational and fun!

My neice has never done yoga. I gave her the dvd for Christmas and now she does it everyday. She is 3. Her favorite pose is dolphin.
