The unsilenced weapon is a Colt Series 70 with nickel finish. The silenced weapon is a Springfield Armory TRP Operator. It has a threaded barrel from EFK Firedragon; the suppressor is a YHM Cobra .45. The Colt is firing Winchester White Box .45ACP ammunition. The Springfield is firing my personal handload, a 230gr Hornady TMJ over 5.3gr of Winchester 231 and a Winchester primer. The TMJ bullet is used because it has no exposed lead at the base, and thus keeps lead deposits out of the silencer. All current .45 suppressors must be shot with an ablative medium to be reliably hearing-safe; this one is fired with 2cc of plain water.

  • I have a question about suppressing semiautomatic firearms which normally fire supersonic ammunition. If you load subsonic ammo, can you swap out the recoil springs or other parts for lighter ones to make the action cycle without manual manipulation between shots?

  • @BlackdirtWarrior Yes, you can do that with many guns. However, you can also load subsonic ammo that will cycle the normal, non-altered action of many firearms. For example, most 9mm pistols will cycle 115gr supersonic ammo and 147gr subsonic ammo equally well with stock springs. Same goes for .45 (185gr ammo is supersonic, 230gr is not).

  • @GunfightersINC Of course, imperialism has always been the agenda, as it was with the British Empire. Any superpower who is THE superpower must make a globalized imperial effort to maintain supremacy. Like it or not, the end justifies the means. It's the only reason we have the quality of life that we have been afforded. If you don't like it, I'm sure any other country with sub-par standards of living and lack of freedoms would be more than willing to accept you.

  • Beer bellys lol.

  • @PooPoo2U Clearly.

  • @PooPoo2U Really. Well thanks for telling me.... a year after i posted the comment....

  • @wadad17: This gun is a Colt, the M9 is made by Beretta. You're a jackass.

  • @GunfightersINC I did 6 years including a tour in Ramadi in 04'..and I said TSA...not BP. Of course I wasn't drafted like you were I joined thinking the military was there to defend freedom and to protect those who couldn't defend themselves...I didn't realize I would end up storm trooper sent out to help pillage the natural resources of other countries. 9/11 is a bullshit excuse to start the globalization agenda, pure an simple. America starts wars by attacking itself then blaming their target.

  • @GunfightersINC

I live in Arizona, go through the Border Patrol checkpoints all the time. They are looking for mexicans, but people like you are offended because it "violates your rights". I'm trying to imagine you being drafted like I was and sent to Vietnam, you take offense at being asked if you're an American?

  • @Blahblobify ....bahahaa, ...bahahaaa...that's all I'm hearing...I've seen the pictures of the close ups on the burn piles...like i said...keep drinkin that purple drink..and when the TSA is fingerbanging your daughters pussy looking for terrorists at some a highway checkpoint just remember "it's for your own protection"...dumbass.

  • @GunfightersINC

You have read some conspiritard shit and you believed it without checking. American flight 77 parts were found all over the place, google it, educate yourself, LOOK at the parts with American Airlines markings.

Do you believe everything you are told by conspiracy monkeys?
