When i opened the parental control, there was a user with a lot of numbers and letters as a name. It's a standard user and its password protected and when i tried to remove it, it didn't even show up in the list but i ca still see it in the parental control. Anyone know what this is, is it some sort of virus or something?

what about kids turning the safesearch off.You can easily do this on the search engines.It took me only about 3 seconds to do it.The kids can turn it off to unblock porn sites and turn it back on with out their parents knowledge.
