There are special people in this world that have been born with psychic powers. In 1945, government agencies set up for psychic warfare, trying to turn those people with abilities into soldiers. After the war, governments began to set up divisions with agents trained to hunt them down like animals, test and categorize them. There are a bunch of different types of psychic abilities: A watcher can see the future, A mover is telekinetic, Sniffers who can see the history of an object, Shifts can temporarily change the shape of things, Wipers can wipe your memory, and pushers can put thoughts in other peoples heads. The divisions are trying to develop a drug which would allow normal people to develop psychic abilities, but apparently every test so far has been fatal. Cassie Holmes (Dakota Fanning), a watcher, teams with a young man named Nick Grant (Chris Evans), to take on a clandestine agency in a race against time the will determine the future of civilization.

Seriously, it is THE BEST MOVIE I have seen this year. The script, the real locations, the weight of the themes way above special effects, the SOUND, the characters, the cast, the lighting, the PROPS!!!!! THE PHOTOGRAPHY...again, THE BEST MOVIE OF THIS YEAR...(SO FAR)

i'm sorry to break your heart, but I hope you don't believe that seeing the future through artwork originated from Heroes. Nothing is original, just look back and you will see that everything is a copy of copy, or sometimes an improvement of an idea.

This movie was amazing! This trailer was alright, but the movie is way better. If you want to see the whole movie for free in high quality Just google yslides and the site should come up first result. Yslides is where I watched it and didn't have any problems. I would just put the website address here, but I don't want youtube to mark my account as spam. LOL

this movie is pretty good defineatly worth watching so if you havent see it
