@solusdiver The song is from the original Karate Kid and is played during the tournament. It gets a lot of ppl pumped up and excited (myself included) and that's why I used it for Dave. To each their own.

what a excellent video!! dave was so amazing on HK theres never been a chef who cooked through so much extreme pain like that! and the song choice sums him up very well as he is the best!! and yes i agree i never saw dave get shouted at by ramsay and he always did a great service, i remember on one of the services dave cooked lamb, steak, tagliatelle AND cooked andy's risotto all with just one hand!! now thats true talent!! and aswell as being a fantastic chef his also VERY sexy aswell!! :P :P
