Plot : (in order of scenes)
Background information : Blair has been having a relationship with both of the Winchester boys. Dean gives her the physical attention she needs, while Sam and her have more of an emotional connection.
Scene One : Dean/Blair : Blair has just discovered she has stage 4 cancer incurable. She begins to regret the decisions shes made during her life. Shes mainly thinking about how shes been playing the Winchester boys. In this first scene, we see Dean and Blair discussing something. Blair is telling Dean about how she has cancer.
"Dean. I have cancer. Its....Its incurable."
"Yeah, well, you get that."
Blair is shocked by Deans bluntness she suddenly realized she had been nothing more than a few one night stands to Dean.
Scene Two : Blair/Sam : In this scene, we see Blair and Sam talking. Blair has just come clean about how she has cancer, and can not bare to look at Sam, wondering if he will give her the same reaction Dean did. Sam, on the other hand, is staring at Blair, waiting for her to look up so he can look into her beautiful eyes one last time. He doesnt know what to say, so he says the only thing that comes to mind. "I Love you, Blair." Blair looks up at him, searching his eyes. Sam just looks back, before Blair runs her hands over her face. Refusing to look at him again, she simply shakes her head. "Well, you shouldnt," she said quietly. Sam swallows hard, to stop himself from crying.
Scene Three : Blair/Sam : In this scene, we see Blair tying to seduce Sam. He refuses, until she gets on his lap. "Say you Love me," he tells her, and Blair looks down, before looking back, searching his eyes. "I Love you, Sam." Sam kisses her neck gently, and you can guess what happens from there.
Scene Four : Blair/Dean : Blair has come to confront Dean, to see if he actually had any feelings for her at all. She grabbed his face into her hands, and looked into his eyes. "Did you feel anything for me?" Dean shrugged, and avoided Blairs gaze. "Tell me," she demanded, and Dean, still not looking at her, finally spoke. "Sure, I had feelings for you Blair," he began, and Blair listened, feeling her heart hurt. "But I could see Sammy Loves you, and you deserve someone more like him." Blair let go of his face, and closed her eyes, tears slipping over her face. Blair died the next week.
Scene Five : Sam is missing Blair something terrible. Its been about a month since she died, and he hasn't loved someone like her since Jessica. Him and Dean were driving in the car when he looks out the window. It was Blair. Staring at her, she looked as if she was crying. Thats impossible, Blair was dead. They rounded the corner and Blair disappeared. "Blair," he mumbled, and Dean looked across at him. "What?" Sam shook his head, looking away. "Nothing."
Scene Six : Dean is waiting for Sam outside a collage, when he looks across the road. Standing there was Blair. No, thats impossible, Blair's dead. He walks across the road towards her, when he hears a screeching of tires, and looks to see himself about to get hit by a car. He flinches, and when he looks back up, Blair was gone.
Scene Seven : "Ive..Ive been seeing Blair everywhere." Dean confessed to Sam, and Sam nodded. "Yeah, me too." Dean looked across at his brother. "But that's impossible, she's long gone." Sam looked across at his brother for a moment, before he spoke. "But what if shes not?" Dean stood up and looked down at Sam. "She's gone, Sam. We were there when she died. Shes gone."
Scene Eight : Sam awoke with a start to see Blair standing at the foot of his bed. He scrambled up and looked at her. "Blair," he began, but Blair cut him off. "Sam, you said you loved me," she said, and Sam looked at her. "I do.....Why are you here, Blair?" Blair looked at him. "Go and visit my grave, Sam," she said, and then looked at him. Sam looked at her. "Wait," he said, before Blair began to turn away. "You'll find your answers there." Sam rushed after her, but when he got to the hallway, she was gone.
Scene Nine : Sam visited Blairs grave the next day. He knelt down, placing down the flowers he bought. "Blair, I'm so sorry, I love you."
