@2much0wnag3 Not sure if it's an actual shop, tho I highly recommend them. I have ordered just about everything from them and NEVER had one problem. Very fast shipping.

@2much0wnag3 Thanks man! To much! lol! I can't remember but it was $150 give or take. I had to put the stock bumpers back on, the aluminum got bent to hell. I have a desert rat body, just haven't painted it yet. And I just ordered aluminum shocks and a LiPo batt. I'm thinking of getting the slash 4x4 or the E-Maxx MM brushless. Just can't make up my mind.

very nice slash...looks excellent! the chassis on mine is stock but it has the mamba max pro esc with the 7700kv motor but it's not as fast as it was before, I don't have a temp gun but it never seemed that hot. I geared it low to avoid overheating it, it has13/86 gearing. I'm getting ready to put a velineon motor in it. I have 7 cell nimh batteries, I wish I could go lipo but all the warnings of fire scare me, I'm paralyzed & live in a nursing home so I cannot chance a fire...AT ALL!!!!!

@krisjato Thank you very much! I was nervous with lipo at first but if you do it right, you'll have no problems. But I can see why you wouldn't want to risk it. My favorite nimh batteries are the Traxxas Power Cell. I have a 7 cell that came with my slash 4x4 and I love it. I like to run both Lipo and Nimh. Sometimes the lipo is just to much. Take care!
