Complicated Love! ( A Jemi Series ) EP. 1 - Description

*With Demi in her room*

"No. No. No. No. Don't do this to me computer. Please don't do this to me right now. PLEASE!!! Ugh!!!" She slamed her laptop close and swung it to the foot of her bed.
"MOM! My stupid laptop froze on me again." She yelled out in pure frustration to her mother who was down stairs prepairing dinner. When she didn't hear a reply she decided to take a deep breath and make her way downstairs. She found d her mother setting the table.

"Mom, my computer froze again." Demi said a lot calmer now as she made her way around to the other end of the table and helped her mom place the remaining silverwear next to the plate settings.
"Mom? Did you hear me?" You could still hear a bit of frustration in her voice.
Lexie leifted her eyes off of the dining table and looked at her daughter straight in the eyes.
"And honey, what exactly do you want me to do about it?" She asked as she began to walk back into the kitchen. Demi followed.
"Well, You could buy me a new one." She said, making it sound as both a command and a question.
"Sure i can." Lexie said turning to face her daughter, who was now seated on top of one of the counter tops with her legs crossed. "Give me the money and I'll be more than happy to go buy you a new one." She said with a playfull smile on her face.
"Ha Ha Ha You are so SO funny, Mom. You should totally be a comedian." - "I know right." Demi let out a slight laugh and playfully stuck her tounge out at her mom before exiting the kitchen.

*Demi's POV*

I hate when my computer does that. It'll most likely be ok in about an hour, i just need to give it some time to rest. Sometimes i think it has a mind of its own. It just does that to piss me off. Ugh! Speaking of pissing me off. Why the
hell is David here? I though he was gonna go out with his dick of a friend. But nooo, he's right there. Taking up the whole freaking living room and making a mess. That mom is probably going to make ME clean up.

"David! What the hell? You have crums all over the freaking couch and on the floor!" I yelled at him with all that frustration that i already had build up because of my stupid computer. God, Demi! You should really let that computer issue go already.
"And you spilled the coke all over the coffee table. How did you not notice that?! You could have at lease got some napkins to clean it up. Now its gonna stain the wood!!"

"Chill out MOM!" He said while stuffing some more crackers in that whole he calls a mouth. I swear if we wern't related, i would SO have pushed him off a bridge by now. "You're such a pig!" I said before storming upstairs to my room.
"Yeah, love you too, sis." He yelled out after me. I slammed the door shut and threw myself on my bed.

Ahhh! I am so frustrated, stressed, and pissed of at everything.... Maybe i'm PMSing? Or maybe it has to do with the fact that in less than 48 hours i am going to be starting high school as the loser with only one friend. Well maybe i'll make new friends, or enemies. Who know's maybe i'll even get my self my first boyfriend. Im kinda anti-social. I have an attitude but at the same time im kinda quiet and shy, but then again i am confident and out spoken. Im confusing. I'm not a bitch or anything. Don't think thats the reason i don't have any friends. I like people and all, its just that they don't like me.

*End of Demi's POV*

David was waiting for his friend to come pick him up. As always, he was late. Probably out screwing some chick. It was Saturday night and the biggest back to school party was happening tonight. Dave and his boys never missed a party, they were well known through out the town. Well practically everyone was well known. It was a small town in the middle of Florida. The whole town
knew almost everything about everyone. Demi, her mom and brother moved there when she was 8 years old, making David 11. They used to live in upstate New York and Lexie never even dreamed about relocating her children else where. They were both born there along with herslef, but then again she never even dreamed that her child hood friend, high school sweet heart and husband of over 12 years would cheat on her and leave her to spend his life with another woman. Not caring that he was leaving
his two children and his wife who he once loved.. behind. Things always happen for a reason, was what she always told her children and a quote that she lived by. Demi was young but she still remembers her dad's back walking out of the front door. Not even turning around to see his 8 year old standing in the middle of the halway asking her daddy to stay. In the blink of
an eye.. he was gone. Dissapeared into the night.
