UC Davis Botanical folks let the public visit the blooming of the corpse flower (it has a bad smell)... it's pretty inspite of it's name... FYI... I pulled the music from YouTubes new free music library.

Loses its smell on vid. We have one in the Sydney Botanical Gardens. Very interesting, stinky does not begin to cover it. How about a vid on Durian? or Rocheforte? HaHa

I was lucky. It had lost it's stink. The flower guys said it smells very bad when it first blooms. I visited it two days later. I was actually dissapointed that it didn't smell bad... have to go back when it blooms again and indulge.
