An ex Scientology OSA operative, Mike McClaughry, describes his involvement in Operation: Snow White, the largest ever infiltration of the US government. His part includes stealing documents from the Attorney General's office in California.

Not so in my state. Only misdemeanors have sols; felonies do not. If you state is different, that's another good reason to be careful.

the only crimes that have no statute of limitations are capital offences (ie. murder.)

Many crimes have surprisingly short statutes (often 3-5 years)

He's admitting to crimes! Likely felonies, for which there is likely no statute of limitations. He must know this? Does he have immunity or something? No one talks this freely ON CAMERA, admitting crimes! I want to believe him but WTF????
