@Bjarku Do you have any idea how many dead people there are? The odds on getting the same one twice would make randomly dialing a telephone and getting the same person twice over look like a coin flip. Unless you think the dead have some sort of representative democracy, and mediums only speak with ambassadors, or something. And even then, why would every one of them be the medium's "friend"? Surely some of them have to be evil shits.
