There was one, then two, then along comes a third cruiser, parks in the parking lot, leaves the vehicle running, and is unattended.....you just never know where that camera will be do you? Anyone watching this video clip, did you know you have the RIGHT to VIDEOTAPE the police in any city, in any town, in any state, in the United States? Oh, the last time you tried they told you what? You can be arrested? For exercising the right to hold your police department accountable, for good or bad, for better or worse, regardless of what they say, the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, those are the good folks that GRANT or DENY us our rights, have AFFIRMED the RIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPH THE POLICE IN PUBLIC PLACES. Just in case you didn't know, the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES issued the now famous "MIRANDA" RULING, which GRANTED US CITIZENS OUR "MIRANDA RIGHTS"....you can google it for more information if you are unaware of your "MIRANDA RIGHTS"....By the way, when was the last time you read YOUR MASSACHUSETTS CONSTITUTION????

  • If your car was stolen, by a city official, and covered up by these "police" would you necessarily think that they are just wonderful people doing their jobs....or as guilty as the people that stole my car?

  • What your saying, as an argument, that, because a police officer wears a badge, carries a gun, and has a nightstick, its ok to use force or an act of brutality (RODNEY KING) because they are the police, and we should not question their act, actions, behaviors, policies, practices and procedures?

  • In other words, if it were an "emergency" wouldn't there be flashing lights on the vehicles parked there? Let's also consider, is a "alleged shoplifter" an emergency? Or, is police assistance for the transfer of monies between store and bank an emergency? I am saying that the cruisers in these particular videos, should not have parked there.

  • What's your point in posting these videos? Are you saying the cruisers shouldn't park there?

If that's what you're trying to say, would you also say fire trucks shouldn't park there if the buildings was on fire, or that an ambulance shouldn't park there in a medical emergency?

  • I would say that there would be a very distinct difference relative to an ambulance or fire vs. a police cruiser. But, then again, what constitutes an emergency as indicated by flashing lights on an emergency vehicle?

  • WTF is NAPD?

  • I'd totally wait for the window to be down and snatch that bitch.......teach em a lesson :)

  • It is very common to leave a police car running while you respond to a call. We have computers that have to stay on and the only way to do that is by leaving the engine running. Other wise the battery would be dead in minutes. Also the car is locked while it is running. We have two keys, one in the ignition and one in or pocket or on our belt that will allow us to get back into the car, this way someone cant just walk up to it and get in.
