Imaginary Predilection - Haseo x Alkaid

A tribute to all Haseo x Alkaid fans out there :D

The song is Imaginary from Evanescence.
Video clips are from all 3 .hack//G.U. games and .hack Trilogy movie.
This video highlights the potential of Haseo x Alkaid pairing.

I was looking back at some of my videos and realized that I haven't used the layers too much. So I decided to utilize it fully in this video.

Any questions, suggestions, criticisms, or comments are more than welcome.

I think this is my best creation so far... What is your take on it? Please let me know.

On a technical note:

- I used Premiere Pro 2.0 for this video with no additional plugins or softwares.

- Like I mentioned earlier, I had to use lots and lots of layers to generate this effect.

- The changing color of the border of the frame as per lighting in the video proved to be a bit challenging.

- Piecing everything together in a story form, showing that them as couple, was like always a real brain-cell-killing process.

- Creating back video and front video also became a very tedious since I had to crop almost every clip because of text/subtitles underneath them; hence I ended up changing the resolution of almost every single clip. The worst part was that there was no consistency in the clip itself as some of the cut scenes had lot of text area beneath the scene, some cut scenes were from the .hack Triology movie with no text & in HD quality, and even some in-game cuteness were of different resolution for reasons not know to mankind.

- I spend quite a lot of time to enhance the audio effects. It might not be obvious unless you listen to the original track and this one simultaneously. What you hear is the composition of 4-5 effects on this track.

Wow...paused to talk to somebody at 2:35 and saw that wonderful symbolism! Wonderful splicing! everywhere! wow! I especially liked the end. Though I'm no big fan of that musical group, it fits the subjectmatter well. I'm definately faving, 5*ing and looking at more of your stuff!

any body else feel like their heart was shreaded to pieces when alkaid died i havent cried since i was 5 and it brought tears to my eyes when she hit the ground i was filled with hatred if i was there before bourdox could have drawn her blade i would have taken her head off her shoulders AWESOME video by the way
