Apt-get update will only update the repositories. You need to run apt-get upgrade too...

is it avalibe for HTC Phones(Evo3d)

and If it have can i Dual boot it like i have android 2.3.4 and linux!!!

There's a command that you can type into the terminal emulator of a rooted Android phone, and you can use what is displayed after you enter this command to determine if your device currently supports loop devices. I can't remember what that command is, however. Can anyone refresh my memory, please?
