@yuvinmw That's not a clone, they are not made for the same use... the dell precision 670 use Xeon processor and thr XPS 600 use Pentium processor

@rosh729 If you get the Extreme Edition processors, Dells actually let you overclock directly from the BIOS. My XPS 600 has an Extreme Edition 840, and I have overclocked it from 3.2GHz to 3.6 straight from the BIOS.
I believe that newer XPSs have the same capability (with the Extreme Editions), and there is always Alienware (now owned by Dell), so you can overclock those.

How do you turn on the tower light? turned mine off 2 years ago and forgot how to turn it back on.

Go into BIOS during bootup by pressing F2. On the left side there is an option to change that.

No you can't. Your XPS 600 most likely has an nForce4 SLI Intel Edition motherboard, and that motherboard will not support a Core 2 Duo processor. It only supports Intel Pentium D processors so you don't have a lot of choices. To fit a Core 2 Duo processor, you will need to upgrade the motherboard by yourself to another model.
