Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal - 'Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal' revolves around Mani Bharati (Raghu) a very popular and happening playback singer who has everything money can buy, except mental peace. The sole reason for his restive existence is his wife, Gauri (Geeta). An extremely possessive and head strong girl, Gauri literally holds on to her husband, and dominates his life. He puts up with all her antics, until one day when she makes a public announcement that he would not be singing in the future. Annoyed with her, Mani Bharati decides to leave his home. He now meets Jyoti (Sithara), a dancerl who had been estranged from her husband and develops a beautiful friendship with her. Gauri's possessive nature eventually lands her in a mental asylum. When Jyoti gets to know about Gauri's condition, she decides to make an ultimate sacrifice of her new found friendship to bring back Mani Bharati and Gauri together. Will her good deeds reap the desired benefits? Let's find out.
