  • is it you that control the pulse or it is random pulse?

would you mind sending me the circuit schema of this strobe.

    thanks

  • This is simply 2 rows of 4 12,000 mcd LED's each row working off of a two channel Able 2 (27 pattern) LED flasher. It is currently set on the random flash pattern (again - one of 27). The LED's simply have the necessary resistors in the circuit to keep the voltage limited. I'll be posting more videos as I continue this project.

  • @xanino1 - I purchased and used a Able 2 Sho-ME LED Flasher - Strobe Style 11.1005SF-27. This is how I obtained my flashing patterns.

  • Im guessing you've finished this project by now.If you have you should enter the Nuts & Volts "LED Madness" contest on Facebook. There looking for people to upload a short video of their own LED projects and the top 3 videos with the most votes wins. Just search for Nuts & Volts Magazine on Facebook or visit their site and you'll see a banner at the bottom of the page to enter the contest. I think you might have a good chance with this project. :)
