That would Donnie Van Zant brother to Ronnie Van Zant former lead singer of Skynyrd! Johnny Van Zant is the lead singer of Skynyrd now. I've seen these guys play live with Skynyrd a lot and their still great.

I would love to see this band and Lynyrd Skynyrd together. There's a 4 day cruise in January, from the L/S website, it will have 2 Lynyrd Skynyrd shows, and also 38 Special, Molly Hatchett, The Outlaws, and about 5 other artists that I can't think of at the moment. It looks like a blast and I think I might put myself on the waiting list

Dud why don't you go FUCK yourself side ways!!! I saw 38 Special with Shooter Jennings and the CDB!! I concider them a Country/Rock band. Why don't you listen to some of their songs they don't play on the radio. They sound COUNTRY to me.
