rising in the west

Tokyo to Chicago. The Pentax Optio A40 does video. Not very well, but I thought you might find this interesting.

I ran out of things to read, but the sun was coming up, and was walking about, just like when I was little. The flight attendants told me that there were two great windows in the back of the plane that I could open freely without lighting up the whole cabin. Come to think of it, I think the sun did come up in the west. It went from night to two hours before sunset in a rather short period. I thought you could only do that with the Concorde...
