Love this music! I don't like machine names though. "pec fly" sounds like an exercise, "rear delt" is the name of a muscle... usually it gets called reverse fly.
This guy's imbalanced, the weight he's using is so light compared to what he uses for pecs. He's also not doing what the narrator says, he is hyperextending the shoulder. I'm personally fine with that as long as you can hold the position. He seems to be doing it with momentum because of the weight being light.
