DE EZ Pass wants me to pay a total of $545.00 in fees and fines for $20.00 worth of tolls. The violations were in Nov, the toll violations showed up in DEC. I paid the tolls on line and appealed. They said NO. I feel the common sense rule here is that it is cheaper to just sit in line and pay the 50 cents to $4.00 toll than take the chance of using EZ Pass DOT gambling machine.

my wife and I acrued just under $1500.00 EZ Pass violations. This is BS. It was $53.00 in tolls and $1425.00 in admin fees. The DOT is robbing me blind. Merry Christmas.
