I wasn't really sure if you were playing anything at first, the audio is kinda weird. Like others have said, just work on your accuracy bro.

try focising on the picking at half speed. it sounds like youre picking faster than youre fingers move

Nice. I will put my two cents. Accuracy is everything, don't play faster than you can be accurate, ever! half speed accurate is always better that fast sloppy. The speed will naturally come on its own if you stick to playing accurately first. However, for sporatic practive, this is not bad at all. Good job.

You definatly don't suck! Just maybe you should work on more techniques, and the rhythm guitar sounds awful...,
