Zutaten:
Für die Sauce Bolognese benötigt man:
500g Hack (Gemischt)
1 Große Dose Tomaten
2 Möhren
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 kl. Stück Sellerie
1 Handvoll Petersilie ( Frisch)
200 ml Fleischbrühe
1-2 Eßl. Tomatenmark
Salz,Pfeffer, Italienische Kräuter

Für die Bechamelsauce:
2 Eßl. Butter
2 Eßl. Mehl
200 ml Gemüsebrühe
ca. 1/2Liter Milch
3 Eßl.geriebenen Parmesan
Mußkatmus,Salz,Weißer Pfeffer

außerdem:
Lasagneplatten ohne Vorkochen
geriebener Parmesan zum Überbacken

Grundrezept Sauce Bolognese:
1. Gemüse in kleine Würfel schneiden oder in groben stücken in die Küchenmaschine stecken.
2. In einem nicht zu großen, eher breiten Topf die Butter zerlassen. Wenn sie aufschäumt, den Speck hineintun. Das Hackfleisch reintun wenn der Speck ein bisschen angebraten ist, nochmal anbraten. Das Gemüse dazugeben und 2-3 Min. anschwitzen.
3. Die Gemüsebrühe dazugeben und warten bis diese Verdampft ist,dan die Tomaten samt saft unterheben und mit dem Kochlöffel zerdrücken. Mit den Gewürzen würzen und bei kleiner Hitze 60 Min.köcheln lassen.
4. Ab und zu umrühren und Abschmecken.

Grundrezept Lasagne:
1. Für die Bechamelsauce die Butter in einem Topf erhitzen. Das Mehl mit dem Schneebesen einrühren,die Milch nach und nach dazugeben,dabei rühren damit sich keine Klümpchen bilden, pikant würzen.
3. Backofen auf 160 grad vorheizen. Abwechselnd Bolognese,Lasagneplatten und Bechamelsauce in die Form füllen.
4. Parmesan aufstreuen Im ofen ca.30 Min. Goldbraun backen.

Basic recipe Bolognese Sauce:
1. Vegetables cut into small cubes or pieces in rough stuck in the food processor.
2. Melt in a not too large, wide pot rather the butter. If it foams up, put in the bacon. The minced reintun when the bacon is browned a bit, fry again. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the vegetable stock and wait until it is Evaporates, the tomato juice Stir together dan and mash with a wooden spoon. Season with the spices and leave on low heat 60 Min.köcheln.
4. Stirring occasionally and seasoning.

Basic lasagna recipe:
1. For the bechamel sauce Heat the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour with a whisk to gradually add milk, stirring so that there are no lumps, season spicy.
3. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Alternately Bolognese, lasagne sheets and white sauce fill in the form.
4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the oven about 30 minutes until golden brown.

  • vegetables for the sauce are carrots onions and celery, not garlic or rosemary or parsley ..you should have done a fried mixture of vegetables to add the ground..why don't u use the wine for the ground meat?..you had to let the wine evaporate..

    the besciamella is lumpy, you should slowly add the flour to the butter mix and add milk .. low heat.

    you should cook pasta for 2-3 minutes in boiling water before to use it ..

    However not bad
