This is one of those sequences that will make me so proud of myself if I can even get through the whole thing. 4 minutes in and I am telling myself I don't even want strong legs anymore! Guess I better do it again tomorrow.

Esther, when you say "Draw it in" , what exactly do you mean???,... does it mean zipping up the stomach. ???? or stretrching the back leg.. love your channel...

Its a very good video. Can you suggest some exercise for the sore tendons on the outer side of the thighs which extends to the calf as well. Many thanks in advance.
