The makers of "A State of the Mind (2004)" specifically had asked that people not use their film for your own personal propaganda and such.

i saw "phone video" on the titling. before cutting several videos and 'I want more' music video and placing it on youtube, please do not forget that mobile phones are prohibited in North Korea
