@benjayk Agreed in the traditional sense. Most people pursue passions in order to get something out of it. I find pursuing my passion without concern about the end result is a blessing. Many people's passions are covert tactics to gain approval and inflate the ego. Passion doesn't have to be grandiose. Some of my previous passions: traveling, sitting on park benches, solitude, journal writing, video games, veganism, deep & meaningful, martial arts, conversations, bicycling, etc.

Well class is only 1 time a week on Mondays so we are just now really starting to pick up with the asssignments..I have also been practicing alot on my own and reading and have learned alot! I am enjoying the process of bettering myself as a photographer and human in general thanks to ur videos. Peace Be Unto You! Thanks again for ur videos. I am going to private message u as well

This kind of happiness can't by achieved or induced by anything, IMO. That may be frustrating to the ego, but ultimately it brings the relief of not being responsible for your happiness in any ultimate sense.
So, pursuing a passion can bring some happiness, but I think it is overrated.
