Henri Tarquin's harmonica trio:
Les Compagnons de l'Harmonica

It's a french trio which played for about 20 years but is now separated for over 10 years. This is a CD recorded to sell at gigs and for the first time on the internet !
Henri Tarquin is giving me harmonica lessons at the moment, until I go back to Thailand. I'm sure I'll improve my playing by taking lessons once a week at his house.

It's true that I don't enjoy the song too, it's simply well known, but I prefer from them for instance LE RETOUR DES HIRONDELLES where the chromatic sounds like an accordion.

@landztranz It's from Ennio Morricone, the music compositor who made music for many western movies. Once Upon A Time In The West is one famous western movie. Search "Once Upon A Time In The West" on youtube you'll see many videos about scenes from this movie and also from the music.

@landztranz Don't take offense, I think Laurensnl just said that because Ennio Morricone is the composer of a music that should be famous amongst all harmonica players because it's called "Man With A Harmonica" from the western movie "Once Upon A Time In The West", same title as the music in this video. Search Man With A Harmonica on YouTube, you'll see the scene of the movie that is famous, a young boy is forced to play harmonica while his older brother is hanged by bandits on his shoulders.

@Laurensnl I shouldn't be ashamed of myself - and I'm not. Maybe it's the version, but I don't like it. And whoever you are, you should be ashamed of yourself for saying that. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm very musical (I sing and play instruments) and I don't like the song, and I don't care who the composer is. Even the Beatles wrote songs that I'm not crazy about. Grow up!
