Fort Hood Shootings Report: FBI/DOD Fail

In Nov 2009 Army Major Nidal Hasan killed 13 people before a civilian police officer shot him, paralyzing him and ending his rampage on the Ft. Hood Army Base. FBI and DOD officials were aware of his increasing radicalization and communications with terrorists still dropped the investigation. To this day NO ONE has been disciplined or fired for their negligent actions that allowed this maniac to go through with his murderous plans.
