लोग पूछते हैं कि---- नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू को इतनी हंसी क्यों आती है ? इसकी वजह यह है कि----- नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू---- अमृतसर (पंजाब) से "लोकसभा सांसद" है और इसको वह सभी सुविधायें (वेतन, बंगला, कार आदि) मिलती हैं जो एक सांसद को मिलती हैं । लेकिन फिर भी यह अपने संसदीय इलाके (अमृतसर) के विकास के लिये कुछ भी नहीं करता है । यह तो इस कार्यक्रम (लाफ्टर चैलेनज) की शूटिंग के लिये मुम्बई (महाराष्ट्र) में पड़ा रहता है और यहां भी नोट कमाता है ।
अब जिस आदमी को बिना मेहनत किये नोट मिलते रहें तो उसे हंसी ही आयेगी।

This is absolutely copied. This same act has been done by another Hyderabadi comedian and I had heard that around 10 years back.
The only difference was that the comedian used a lot of expletives instead of "teri bhais ko bhopal le jaaoooo"

"teri bhains ko bhopal le jaoon" means "I'll take your buffaloes to bhopal" .. it's mainly just a random funny expression (especially when he keeps repeating it), but it might be a reference to the Bhopal Disaster, where thousands of buffaloes and other animals died.
