Instead of just editing together all of our client reels for the 2000 AAOS meeting, we decided it would be more fun to make a character animation, make him fall off a ladder, break nearly every bone in his body, and then fix him using all of the amazing technologies we've been involved with this year.

I don't understand how people can not admire who does this. No one is being compared to God, they are just showing how much medicine evolved and how it can heal people. I really don't get why people need to criticize everything, these guys are heroes, and it makes me sad to know they are not getting enough credit for what they do.

I really like your comment on this matter. I've been around this kind of thing for 30 + years and I know it's not easy.Like you said..They are not being compared to God but to get inside the body and bring it back in motion is awesome.

its really concerning that they didnt leave his bones in there and position them to heal naturally, now the character can never get his bones back! he will have to deal with all the complications of having steel in your body where your bones should be.

Gracias a la computación gráfica visual se puede visualizar el funcionamiento de la vista y las fracturas al momento del impacto, también se pueden localizar las áreas afectadas y visualizar la operación y los implantes q se colocan en los huesos.

Just found this today. Being in the medical field, I can appreciate all the precise info and detail that has gone into creating this animated short film. It's an awesome teaching tool. Thanks to much for putting this together ..... it is GREAT!!!! Represents reality to a "T"! Good job!
