Nice recipe. Mexican cuisine is a very sad state of affairs in NYC and it has to carry the burden of restaurants that called themselves authentic, such as zarela's and were far away from it. Hopefully, this chef's restaurant ( haven't tried it yet ) will restore and reeducate people on the wonderful diversity of Mexican cuisine.
