I love Alex so much. He is such a great with kids. He may say whatever he wants but he is on peds coz he likes savings kids lifes. I don´t believe any of that "you go into peds coz its elite" crap. I mean, sure it´s hardcore and only the best and the strongest of stongest can do that... But it´s not the reason Alex is there. He is a nice guy, but I understand he doesn´t show it very often. BTW All this episode I was thinking anout Izzie watching this document... I know, I need a shrink :-)

I love those scenes with Alex and Lily! And it's not a song Justin Bieber just so you know, it's Wouldn't Change A Thing with Demi Lovato & Joe Jonas from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Love that song :D

You know what I just realized? Alex is singing Wouldn't Change A Thing with Demi Lovato & Joe Jonas and Justin Chambers [the guy who plays Alex] had a couple scenes w/ Demi in an episode in season six.

Alex is the best! he is a complete jackass most times....but then he goes all sweet and sings to the little girl....and he gets really passionate about his patients a lot of the time.....he's a big softy that's in denial!! =) Love him!
