A model replacement for Blacksmith which changes him into a blue Ogre Magi. Includes:
Blacksmith model replaced by the neutral blue Ogre
Unit responses, Icons and the Bloodlust sound effect from Warcraft III

the jingle bells were introduced during the holiday season, and they replaced the horn that signals the 00:00 mark in the game. I spawned the creep waves before that 00:00 mark with the practice mode tool, which is why they run past the towers (which are still invulnerable).
