  • Haha! He went through all that and it really didn't even make a difference. It still looked fake anyway.

  • Da'Man lives ..One of the last great actors from back in the day......

  • DELIEVERANCE is his baby(masterpiece) But also loved NAVAJO JOE-SHAMUS-HEAT(it's good!) SHARKY'S MACHINE-STICK-THE MAN WHO LOVED CAT DANCING those are some KICK ASS BURT FILMS :)

  • paternity showed his range. his comedy chops went beyond redneck slapstick

  • Enjoyed that, thanks for posting it. Burt gave some really fine performances, it's too bad he seems to be remembered as much (if not more) for the weak movies than he is for the good ones. Nobody quite like Burt.

  • wow, so untrue. Every single one of Burt Reynolds movies were unbelievably awesome, both Gator AND Stroker ace, and his most famous movie role "Smokey and the Bandit". Hooper was awesome too. every Burt Reynolds movie was awesome in every way. only bad one was the New Dukes of Hazzard (2005)

  • Deliverance and Longest Yard were masterpieces but why did Burt take those crap roles after that? Gator was OK but Stroker Ace? what the hell was that crap?

  • wow, that was awesome!
