If the original release of this song had not been edited, this is almost what it would sound like on record. But, the original recording was too long and had to be edited to a time under 3 minutes back in those day before radio programmers would even give it a listen. Even with that, this classic survived that injustice.

No. It's a different speed to the original (if sped up from the original it would be higher pitched) and also I doubt the original would be as good quality as what you'd hear these days.

I saw her in concert last year, she still kinda sounds like what she did on her records

Well her voice and body is no different from all of us as far as going through changes, that natural remember as the song says "everything must change nothing remains the same" , and if you are human thats unavoidable.

I was at this performance. She and other artists sang live but when they produced the entire show they dubbed over the vocals with the studio recordings but only in certain parts if you listen carefully.

lol martha's voice is put on this video take from the original acapella from the studio version you can also hear the vandellas next to her backgroundsingers in the video but the vandellas were not here...

Was this lip-synched to playback? I watched a similar live performance of this for 2003 and 2008 and her voice is pretty much shot in both.

This is the strangest thing to watch. It's a new recording...that sounds like the original...but it has her 60's vocals on the track. She 100% was lip syncing...she does not sound like this anymore, nor will she ever sound like this again. I accept what her voice sounds like now, but this is strange to watch, weird to watch.

It's quite simple, she's lip synching against her original vocal track with live musicians playing the song in the key that it was originally recorded.
