Everyone makes mistakes at least sometimes when it comes to grammar, so a slight mistake should always be pardoned... but when you get some retard who's obviously a half illiterate talking chimp, and when they're talking shit to you and trying to call you stupid... then its ok to slap them in the face with a grammar nazi citation. It is really bad though when people who have been alive for decades still don't know how to use your and you're.

language in its most basic form is a way from getting what you're thinking across to another person, so if you make mistakes but the other person still understands you then it doesn't matter. people who correct grammar or spelling when they know what you mean are ridiculous and pedantic and are really just wasting everyones time.
