just to make that a bit clearer "him" that I was listening to was Nicholas Briggs the voice of the Daleks and the Cybermen in the 2005 - 2009 new revival of Doctor Who.

*coughs* As zee voicinator himzelf, I zhall explain.

Basically I sat down and listened to the voices. Of him both talking with and without the effect added. Spent some time getting something similar to that. And then screamed into my computer's mic and used a ring modulating program until I found the right frequencies for both the Daleks and the cybermen. Oh, but I didn't scream for the cybermen. They don't scream. And for the zombies I think we're going to hire Kylie Minogue.

How did you get the voices like the one on Doctor Who for the Daleks and the Cybermen. I wonder how you could do this with zombies, though.
