TMT project

TMT is my graduation project in College of Computer Science at Imam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic University, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. TMT stand for tracking mobile target using wireless sensor networks (WSN). It is RSSI-based localization. Also it uses the Bounding Box (Min-max) algorithm as a position estimation algorithm. We had use in this project the telosb motes as our platform.

Nice job. Just eliminate the "sniffing" and you're good to go! I also noticed that it isn't accurate when the object is moving. It adjusts the position in a much better way when a full stop is made.

One question though, Can it detect multiple objects at the same time?

Dear SPECTACULAR200,

Thanks for the notes. The mean problem in the tracking is the RSSI unstable behavior. If some body could solve that problem and find a way to map between the distances and the RSSI the application will give an accurate tracking.

According to the number of intruders, yes you can but more than one but you need to do some configurations.
