Chapter 1:
"Mom Dont die please!" I cried
"Sweetie it will be ok remember to go home and pack" She said as her voice weakend.
"No it wont! I hate Kevin! I dont wanna move in with him,and his new wife and kids!"
"Just remember i-love-yo..." A loud beep went off as my mother died. I sat and cried until my grandmother picked me up from the hospital.
"Hey sugar" She said trying not to cry.
I didn't respond.I tried to think of other things, like how i gotta use my french now because Kevin lives in Paris,France. I knew a little but it wasn't all 100% brilliant.
We arrived in front of my apartments. Grandma told me to pack my bags,and how'll she'll give me $500.00 to spend in France till i get a job.She parked the car and we went inside. She helped me pack.
While packing i picked up my favorite picture of my mom. I cut her face in a heart shape and put it in my locket she gave me 5 days before she died.In about 3 hours later i was all packed and my Grandma took me to the airport.

Chapter 2
"Flight 150 to Paris, France now boarding." The announcer said.
"Bye grandma, ill try to visit soon" i now cried.
"Ok Jasmine if you need me just call me remember"
I hugged her 1 last time and walked to my boarding spot.I gave the Ticket taker my ticket and walked onto the plane. The plane took off about 20 minutes later.I leaned back into my seat and cried.
"Quel est erroné?" A girl asked me. She looked my age,14.
I tried to think what did that mean, then i remembered. It means 'What is wrong'
"Ma maman est morte et maintenant im étant envoyé pour vivre avec mon papa d'étape" (My mom died and now im being sent to live with my step dad)
I was actually getting my french memory back.
"Ah ! Im tellement si désolé. Im Julie vous êtes ?" (Im so so sorry! Im Julie you are?"
"Im Jasmine can u speak english?"
"Yea i thought you couldn't thats why i was speaking french"
"Oh" i giggled "Want to sit by me?"
"Sure"
On the next hours on the plane we were giggling up a storm. We joked and talked about boys,and school.We became very close on that 48 hour plane ride. When we woke up we were landing! That 48 hours went by way to fast for us. We exchanged cell phone numbers,emails,and screen names.
"We are now aprroaching Pairs, France. Temeperature 57* Degrees. We hope you enjoied your flight on Southwest Airlines."
The seat belt button flashed to buckle up and we had a smooth landing.
I boreded off the train looking for Kevin. Nowhere to be found i pondered arround looking for him.
