  • For someone who lets everyone know he went to Cambridge at every opportunity, he is fucking stupid and makes the equivalent of knob jokes as the bulk of his 'comedy' routine.

  • @255ad Ah it's all good, I really just wondered where he came from. I'd never heard of him before They Think It's All Over, where he was the 'I know nothing about sport' guest for a few series', and I've just found him unbearably conceited and... well I think his QI appearances are most of it.

I looked up Who Dares Wins, just to see; there's clips of it on YouTube... so at least I've seen him not starring as himself now. :)

  • @sphoney I new this was going to happen I was in bad mood this morning on account of insomnia, when I'm in a bad mound I tend to see negative aspects of my self in other people and something I use to do is mouth of on subjects I now nothing about witch I was projecting on to you

however I would point out Rowan Atkins went to Oxford and there for wasn't in the footlights and yes being in the foot lights does make you a comedian just not necessarily a good one

I pasted non of it actually

  • @255ad Wow, well the unnecessary insult is all I've come to expect from YouTube, I guess.

Am I supposed to have seen him in Footlights? Did you? I've seen Rowan Atkins' Footlights work, and Stephen Fry's, because they were good and it got taped. Being in Footlights doesn't make you a comedian, much less a good one.. it just means you joined a club in uni.

Did you see Who Dares Wins? I can't tell how much you pasted from Wikipedia.

  • @sphoney he was a member Cambridge Footlights at Cambridge and then went on to mostly write for shows such as not the nine o'clock news he has also appeared as an actor on a show called Who Dares Wins, all of witch you'd know if you won't such clinical philistine

you don't have to be stand up to be a comedian

  • He's always sweet to women... it feels more creepy than considerate.

  • @255ad You know I've wondered about that.. he's always introduced as a comedian, but I'd never heard of him doing any comedy. I've never seen him acting in anything either, though, so that takes me no further.

I assumed he was just a conceited (possibly autistic, but I think he's too loud and smug) panellist as a joke on They Think It's All Over, and who later ruined a couple of episodes of QI.

  • @hippotoast to be fir he's a comedy actor not a stand up

  • Gosh Rory's awkward. Every joke he makes bombs.

  • @BentonRox Do a search for "we are history" Brigstocke at his very best.
