One thing I have found is connection distribution. Put an additional -- N connection on the other end of your washers. This will really improve your output. And cut down on the current flowing through each individual conductor. Most of the cell setups I have seen have single point connections. This is not a good way to distribute the current in the process over the full plate surface.

    Good Luck Tom

    Not sure about your Question?

From the size of your unit I would say that your unit is a bit small in size for any standard vehicle to see much increase in mileage. The nice thing about your setup it that you could put a Tee or a Tee with two Elbows to scale it up to three chambers and doing it this way you could scale your design up what's needed for running an 18 wheeler.
