The fountain was built in the 1920s. It was recently refurbished. It looks nice especially at night.

  • I remember this fountain all through the 1950s-1960s. The sound of the water filled Park Place. The water heights and colors would cycle through until they reached full force and had a rainbow effect, then stop and begin again. The under lip of the fountain was lighted in a bright "neon" green and always remained lighted. By the time Resorts & Caesar's opened, I don't remember the fountain being functional or lighted. Then, it had only white lights for several years. ENJOY THE VIEW!
