@vishyvikranth Ricky Ponting is one of the best batsmen that the world has ever seen after LARA and he has also been the member of the side who has won hatrick of world cups 1999, 2003 and 2007. One under the captaincy of Steve Waugh in 1999 and two himself as a captain in 2003 and 2007. I would love to see india play tendulkar more in the tri series so he scores more single digits score like he scored in the 1st odi in Melbourne.

@mrjack123789 Yes we were washed 4-0 in both series, yes its an end of an era and we will probably see Sachin , Rahul and VVS retire in the near future; but what does it have to do with Sachin's entire career. Didn't Ponting go through a lean patch for over two years now? I remember how Lara underperformed for over two years and was forced to retire; the thing is what does it have to do with the argument? @vishyvikranth India has been whitewashed & humiliated in Australia 4-0 & then thrown in the dustbin like a used tissue paper. First india was whitewashed in England 4-0 then beaten in t20 format and then beaten in odis as well. Where was sachin, why couldn't he win a match for his country??? It just gives more evidence to the fact that world cup 2011 was fixed and IPL matches are fixed. Indians should only play inside india otherwise they will be keep on getting thrashed.
