@GangstaGamer96 Read the video description. Current generation consoles were intentionally left out as when I made this video none of them had been out long enough. About your comment, the 360 and PS3 have definitely not revolutionized gaming. Both have evolved it further, but a revolution it is not. Neither console has created anything truly new that wasn't around in some form in previous console generations. That said, I think both consoles are great.

I'd acutely said that Nintendo 64 is the best system.
1st N64
2nd SNES
3rd NES That's my list- nintendo rules :D

@fairGamer13 well just because the old school consloes. Dony have co op or head sets does not mean its not fun or cool I mean like I have a n64 and a ps2 and I'm a kid I really enyoy them

@XboxLikeWater I don't know either its mostly because of big stop overly exaggerated commercials of new games so people forget about older consoles. I actually started to collect old systems and games and i am having tons of fun with them.

good to hear, i dont understand why people forget about older games. older movies are watched, and older books are read, so why not video games?

@XboxLikeWater Its been 5months sense i wrote that comment and i actually do take back what I said. Its true i'm a kid but i'm not a gamer who just plays shooters i play retro rare modern all so i do take back about what i said about those. They are good systems and this is a good top 10list. I know more about actual gaming sense then so my apologies.
Dreamcast was launched 9/9/99

Idiot below. N64 does have 4 controller ports.

@nickbro1997 You should probably read the comment again. It says that unlike the N64, the PS2 doesn't have four ports.

Personally, N64 ranks top on my list. I mean mine still works, and has never had a "red ring of death." Goldeneye was also a defining title of the N64, but overall, you seem very informed.

@XannanTheTHUNDERER Each of these consoles had several games that could be considered defining, but if I had included them all the video would be too long. Youtube had the 10 minute time limit policy on these videos back then.
