Brett Farve should have retired 3 years ago! He doesn't need the money... he's just trying to look even better. He should have takin a lesson from John Elway or Dan Marino. Two incredible QB's that went out on top. He is gonna go out on the bottom of the totem pole. He's in it for the fans (he thinks) he has.

I agree, I think after the Packers went to the NFC Championship it was time to go. Its not going out on top, but he'd be going out on a solid 13-3 season and losing to the Super Bowl champs.

regardless he's a great player, I don't think its right to hate on him because he is now on a rival team. He's fun to watch and that's what fans want. I'm a favre fan regardless of what team he plays for. I lived in Wisconsin when he lead the packers to the superbowl in 1996 as well as 1997. As far as money is concerned, NFL makes tons off favre, they probably made millions off his vikings jerseys within days of him signing. (His jersey is said to be the hottest selling one this season).

favre has had this planned since before his first retirement from the packers.  tt and mm not sucking his dick every morning meant that they must have not wanted him, plus they didn't let him play player gm like he wanted. he felt betrayed, while the packers just treated him like every other player. he planned to go for the vikings since then. the jets were played by him, and he forced them to get rid of a pretty good quarterback for that . what a joke.
